The website dashboard

Each hosting plan has its own management page. To open it, go to Hosting in the dashboard and click the website name.

The sections

At the top you find the section tiles, one page each:

  • Overview: status, plan, expiry and usage;
  • Renewal: expiry, auto-renew and manual renewal (see Renew hosting);
  • FTP: access for uploading files (see FTP);
  • Databases: the website's MySQL databases (see Databases);
  • phpMyAdmin: managing databases from the browser (see phpMyAdmin);
  • PHP: version and settings (see PHP settings);
  • WordPress: only in plans that include it (see WordPress).

Summary

  • Status: Setting up while we prepare the website, Active when it is online, Suspended if the service has expired (renewing reactivates it).
  • The service's Plan and Expiry.
  • Email mailboxes: if the plan includes them, the link takes you to the domain's email (see Activate email).

In the Usage box you see the Web space used, the MySQL databases and the FTP users, each against the plan's limit, with a bar that turns orange and then red as you get close to the limit.

Renewal

Renew the website from the Renewal tab, also automatically from your credit: see Renew hosting. To move to a bigger plan contact support.

If something is wrong

  • "We can't read data from the site's server right now": the website's server is not responding at the moment. The website usually stays online; try again shortly.
  • "Another change is already in progress on the site": we are applying a change (for example PHP settings or the WordPress installation). Wait for it to finish, then try again.
