Every hosting plan has an expiry date. To renew it, open Hosting in the dashboard, click the website name and then the Renewal tab.
Auto-renew
With Auto-renew on, the website renews itself for one year from your prepaid credit, about 14 days before expiry.
- Click Enable auto-renew (or Disable auto-renew).
- If your balance is not enough for the next renewal, the tab tells you, with a Top up credit link.
Renew now
- Under Renew now choose the duration: 1, 2 or 3 years.
- Choose the payment method: credit, card or PayPal, bank transfer.
- Click Confirm renewal.
The years are added to the current expiry, so renewing early doesn't lose any days. The renewal also covers the mailboxes included with the hosting.
The price is the plan's full price: the first-period discount only applies to the first purchase.
Reminders and expiry
- We email you 30, 15, 7 and 1 day before expiry. With auto-renew on, the reminder also tells you if your credit is not enough.
- If the service expires without renewal, the website shows as Suspended and we email you. Renew it as soon as possible: renewing makes it Active again and the new expiry starts from that day.
