Prepaid credit

With credit you pay orders and renewals in one click, and it is what domain auto-renew uses. Find it from the account menu → Credit.

Top up

1. Enter the Amount, within the limits shown below the field (VAT included).
2. Choose the Method: card or PayPal (immediate) or bank transfer (when we receive it).
3. Click Top up.

You need your billing details to top up.

Transactions

The Transactions list shows top-ups, order payments, refunds and adjustments, with the balance after each one.

Pay with credit

At checkout and on the renewal page choose Prepaid credit: if the balance is enough, the order starts right away. If not, top up or choose another method.
