Every domain has an expiry date: renew it in time so you don't lose it. In the dashboard open Domains, click the domain name and then the Renew tab.
Auto-renew
With Auto-renew on, the domain renews itself from your prepaid credit about 14 days before expiry.
- Click Enable auto-renew (or Disable auto-renew).
- If your balance is not enough for the next renewal, the tab tells you, with a Top up credit link: top up in time.
Renew now
- Under Renew now choose the Duration in years.
- Choose the payment method: credit, card or PayPal, bank transfer.
- Click Confirm renewal. The years are added to the current expiry, even if auto-renew is on.
Several domains at once
In the Domains list select the domains, choose the action in Actions on selected domains (enable or disable auto-renew, or Renew 1 year (credit)) and click Apply. Renewing with credit asks for confirmation.
Extensions renewed by the registry
For some extensions (for example .it) renewal is handled directly by the registry: the tab tells you that you don't need to do anything.
