At checkout, for renewals and for top-ups you can pay in three ways. All prices include VAT.

| Bank transfer | when we receive the transfer, usually 1–2 business days |
| Prepaid credit | immediately, if the balance is enough (see Prepaid credit) |
Card or PayPal
After confirming we take you to the payment page. If you close it before paying, you can try again from the order page with Pay now: the order waits for one hour, then it is cancelled.
Bank transfer
After confirming, the order page shows Beneficiary, IBAN, Bank, Reference and Amount. Use the reference exactly as shown: that is how we recognise the payment. The order stays valid for 7 days.
