Orders are in the Billing menu. Click an order to see its lines, total, VAT, pro forma and, for bank transfers, the payment details.
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Awaiting payment | we are waiting for payment (card: one hour; bank transfer: 7 days) |
| Paid | payment received, the order is about to start |
| Processing | we are activating the services (registrations, hosting, email…) |
| Completed | everything is active |
| Partially completed | some lines succeeded, others didn't: we follow them up and contact you |
| Failed | the order couldn't be completed: we will contact you |
| Cancelled | the order was cancelled, for example because payment didn't arrive in time |
Domain transfers stay Waiting for the domain transfer until the registry completes it (see Transfer a domain).
We email you when the order is completed.
