Secure sign-in

Everything is managed from the account menu at the top right → Login & profile.

Profile and password

• Profile: name and sign-in email. Click Save profile.
• Password: enter the current one and the new one, then Change password. Sessions open on other devices are closed.

Forgot your password? On the sign-in page click Forgot your password? and follow the link we send you.

Passkeys

With a passkey you sign in with your device's fingerprint, face or PIN, without typing the password.

1. Under Passkeys enter a name to recognise it (e.g. "Work iPhone") and click Add passkey.
2. Confirm on the device.

To sign in click Sign in with a passkey on the sign-in page. You can add one for each device and delete them from the ⋮ menu.

Two-step verification

After the password we also ask for a code from your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy…).

1. Under Two-step verification enter your current password and click Turn on.
2. Scan the QR code with the app and enter the 6-digit code, then Confirm and turn on.
3. Keep the recovery codes: each one lets you in once if you lose your phone.

When signing in you can choose Remember this device for 30 days.

Connected devices

Under Active sessions you see where the account is open. To close a device you don't recognise use Sign out from its ⋮ menu, then change your password.
